StarsHR has the following VIRTUAL/REMOTE contract opportunity available with our client.

System Integrator

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Ø Partner with Project Manager and Product Specialists, interact directly with the customer to implement hardware and software as needed for the US Payments banking application as it relates to Wires

Ø Installation of windows software in an Enterprise SaaS environment

Ø Coordinate with multiple teams in support of a client’s implementation and/or migration, including but not limited to the following departments: Development, QA, Networking, Middleware, Customer Service, Project Management and other technical team members

Ø Manage multiple customer updates through effective written communication and actively participate in team/customer client calls

Ø Update the project team about technical issues and timelines for implementation

Ø Maintain accurate and timely documentation on behalf of all projects: Technical Implementation Checklist

Ø Assist with troubleshooting network related connections

Requirements

Ø An academic background in a technical discipline

Ø 2 -5 years technical experience with windows server OS and Unix/Linux operating systems

Ø 1-2 years technical experience with application communication to an Oracle database

Ø 1-2 years technical experience with scripting languages

Ø 2-5 years of Banking or Financial Industry experience preferred

Ø A self-motivated and hardworking individual who is goal oriented and is able to work with minimal supervision

Ø Able to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet demands of internal and external customers

Ø A ‘quick-starter’ when it comes to learning new application as a business user. Likes being ’hands-on’.

Ø Experience with Software configuration management Tools such as Perforce, RTC, Star Team, Clearcase, CVS, Tortoise SVN

Ø Software Development Methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Ø Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications

Ø Experience with Windows Operating system

Ø Experience with Unix Operating system

Ø Experience with an Enterprise level application environment across multiple application platforms

Ø Experience with Enterprise level networking environments

Ø Experience with Oracle databases and SQL scripting

Ø Experience with Microsoft SQL databases and SQL scripting

Ø Experience with the following scripting languages: DOS, PowerShell, JSON, Perl, VBscript

Ø Experience with JBoss and Apache systems in support of web based applications

Ø Experience reviewing application log files and initial review of application processing

Ø Experience with the Microsoft Suite of applications, especially Excel, require

Ø Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system

Ø Experience with banking applications, preferably with Wires
