Project/Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Payments Product Manager / Program Manager/ Project Manager with deep expertise in ACH, wire, RTP, and digital banking systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex financial technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery of API-based payment solutions including ACH, wires, RTP, and card transactions.
• Define product requirements, draft API specifications, and lead roadmap execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Design teams to launch compliant and scalable payments features.
• Ensure alignment with NACHA rules, Reg E, ISO20022, and card network mandates (Visa, Mastercard).
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional milestone tracking using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Associate Degree with significant experience accepted).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in payments, banking technology, or treasury operations.
• Deep understanding of ACH, wire, SWIFT, RTP, and card payment systems.
• Experience with digital banking platforms (e.g., Jack Henry, Galileo, Fedline).
• Strong project and product management background using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bilingual in English (fluent) and Spanish (intermediate) preferred.

Preferred Experience:
• Working with fintechs, sponsor banks, or embedded finance solutions.
• Involvement in regulatory or network-driven implementations (e.g., ISO20022, AML remediation).
• Familiarity with treasury platforms like Kyriba, SAP, or Yardi.
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
• Bilingual in English (fluent) and Spanish (intermediate) preferred.
