Presales Manager

Our client is looking for a seasoned Presales Manager to lead our presales initiatives onsite with clients and prospects. This role is a pivotal partner with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to design impactful solutions tailored to the digital transformation needs of banking and fintech clients. You will be the face of their solutioning practice onsite, translating client needs into scalable, valuable, and technically feasible solutions.

Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales teams to generate, shape, and convert new business opportunities, including new logo and cross-selling efforts.
Conduct client discovery workshops and understand client’s business requirements and tech stack to propose customized, high-impact solutions.
Lead and deliver compelling product demos and technical walkthroughs for diverse stakeholders (business + technical).
Design comprehensive solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams – delivery, product and productization.
Facilitate solution-oriented discussions around scope, effort, financial modeling and commercial constructions.
Lead the creation and review of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing strategies.
Act as an SME for treasury management, payment solutions, data migration, test automation, and digital banking transformations.
Interface with implementation teams to ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to delivery.
Support account leadership in articulating the solution value proposition and client benefit realization.
Develop and maintain reusable assets—solution templates, demo scripts, and proposal boilerplates.
Participate in pipeline planning and deal stage governance with Sales leadership.
Serve as a thought partner to clients—advising on process improvement, digital adoption, technology advancements and platform capabilities.
Stay abreast of market and industry trends in digital banking, payments, and treasury systems.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture roles in banking/fintech.
3+ years in solution selling of services and solutions to Banking and Fintech clients.
Strong domain knowledge in Treasury Management Systems, Digital Banking Platforms, and Payments is a must.
Ability to connect business problems to technology solutions clearly and persuasively.
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure pricing and outsourcing models.
Willingness and ability to be onsite with clients (travel as needed).

Prior experience with banking transformation programs, or working with system integrators, is highly desired.
