Banking Platform Conversion Specialist

Our client is seeking candidates with relevant prior experience with the implementation of and transition to new software, tools and systems in the Banking domain.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Works closely with middle-market & large corporate (Tier 1 & Tier 2)business clients.
• Effectively & efficiently manages the conversion of assigned business clients from legacy client facing banking platform to a new target platform.
• Provides Training on the new application to the client’s Tier 1
customers.
• Leads web-based training session(s) with client on the phone utilizing MS Teams or equivalent tools.
• Consults with Clients and Customers to identify additional needs
related to the products or services.
• Recommends/trains appropriate products, services, or solutions.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years Treasury Management experience (Bottomline Digital banking platform preferred).
• Experience working with online banking, treasury management, ACH & wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps and related bank services and applications with commercial and corporate customers.
• Experience in sales or product management in Treasury Management or online banking/wire transfer conversions.

A Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or a related field is preferred.
